Thanks to Mike Oliver, had a great experience, found the car on autotrader, made the deal, flew to Toronto from Thunder Bay, Mike picked us up at the airport took us to London, car ready to go, Mike arranged for winter tires, drove the car thru some of the worst conditions, drifting snow, ice, slush, road closures etc.. Mike even helped me ship the original tires to my home. Would not have made it without those tires. I’ll send photos once I wash the car a few more times, it started out black ended up white. All I can say is that Courtesy Ford went above and beyond our expectations! We went in to “look” at trucks…not necessarily to lease as we were so pleased with our Ford Edge…but when Meghan and Mike asked what my husband wanted in a truck, I got to pick the colour! They brought him the exact truck he was looking for, we took it for a drive…and did the paperwork the same afternoon!! We have been married 40 yrs. and can honestly say…this was our best vehicle experience ever! Our die hard Chrysler family (they all work there) love our truck! We will definitely and have already recommended Courtesy Ford to family, friends and neighbours! The first thing I noticed when driving by all the dealers the day we went in was that Courtesy Ford was the ONLY dealer that had nice new CLEAN vehicles on their lot!!
